Frostguiding is run by Graham Frost, who is a British Mountain Guide (IFMGA) based in the Arolla valley in Switzerland.

Frostguiding offer tailor-made courses and guiding in mountaineering, rock and ice climbing, skiing and ski-touring, both summer and winter.
We're happy to discuss your aims and ability and arrange a course, climb or tour to suit you!
We're also happy to help with accommodation, and other activities - paragliding, mountain biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing...
